ABOUT
Tianyu Qi (Rose) is a fashion and digital media designer specializing in the creation of wearable systems that merge fashion, technology, and art. Rose’s primary focus lies in integrating traditional craftsmanship with digital tools to develop innovative, interactive wearables that extend the boundaries of design. Her work explores the intersection of tangible materials and emerging technologies, combining 3D fabrication, programming, and responsive systems to craft futuristic, architectural, and gender-neutral garments.

Rose is currently pursuing a BFA in Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design (2021-2025), where she deepens her exploration of fashion, material experimentation, and digital innovation. Her foundation in art began with oil painting, figure drawing, and sculpture, evolving into a multidisciplinary practice that includes skills in CLO3D, Blender, Touch Designer, Arduino, and other digital tools.
